Hey, I'm the VA behind Virtuella.
I spent 11 years in business support and 4 years in recruitment before starting this business — screening candidates, coaching hiring managers, and quietly learning what actually makes a good working relationship tick.
Along the way I noticed the same thing again and again: brilliant founders drowning in admin, and brilliant potential VAs unsure how to turn their skills into a business. Virtuella is my answer to both.
Today I split my time between supporting a small handful of founders directly, matching others with the right VA from my trusted network, and coaching new VAs through their first year.
