Part-time Bookkeeper

Supercar dealership · North London

A boutique supercar dealership in North London needs a reliable part-time bookkeeper to keep their accounts tidy and accurate. You'll work closely with the owner one day a week from their showroom and handle the rest remotely.

Type: Part-time

Location: 1 day onsite, rest remote

Rate: DOE

What you'll do

  • Day-to-day bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
  • Processing invoices, expenses and supplier payments
  • Maintaining accurate records on Xero or QuickBooks
  • Preparing monthly management reports and VAT support
  • Liaising with the accountant at month-end

What I'm looking for

  • Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally within a small business
  • Competent with Xero or QuickBooks
  • Reliable, discreet and comfortable handling sensitive financial data
  • Happy to travel to North London one day per week
  • Automotive or luxury retail experience is a plus, not essential

Nice to have

  • AAT qualified or working towards it
  • Experience with payroll or CIS
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace

Part-time Content Writer

Uxbridge, London

Looking for someone who genuinely enjoys writing and can turn rough ideas into clear, engaging articles. Perhaps someone who has previously studied or taught creative writing. This isn't a high-pressure role — some days there'll be a few articles to work on, other days there may be none. We're simply looking for someone reliable who enjoys taking ideas and making them enjoyable to read.

Type: Part-time · 10–20 hours per week, fully flexible

Location: Uxbridge, London

What you'll do

  • Listen to or read 3–4 pieces of raw content per day (audio, transcripts or notes)
  • Turn each into a 3–4 paragraph thought piece
  • Upload the finished articles to Google Drive
  • Write around topics of AI, the future of work and philosophy

What I'm looking for

  • Genuinely enjoys writing and turning rough ideas into clear articles
  • Reliable and comfortable working flexibly around a variable workload
  • Able to write engaging thought pieces without heavy direction
