Every application is reviewed for relevant experience, reliability and a genuine fit with the client.

A quick intro call
If it looks like a match, I'll invite you to a short call to talk through the role and your experience.

Introduction to the client
I'll only put you forward if I'm confident you're right. Then I make the introduction and stay involved.
