Booking information when you schedule a call through our booking tool, including the date, time and any answers to booking questions.
Client and candidate information shared with us during a working relationship, only where it is needed to deliver the service.

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation call.
To match you with a suitable virtual assistant, where you have asked us to.
To deliver the services, courses or coaching you have purchased.
To keep proper business records and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running our business), contract (delivering services you have booked), consent (where you have opted into marketing) and legal obligation (record keeping).
You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time by replying to any email or contacting us directly.
We never sell your data. We share it only where necessary: with a virtual assistant we are matching you with (with your agreement), and with the service providers who run our website, email, booking and payment tools.
Those providers process data on our instructions and under their own data protection obligations.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months. Client records are kept for the length of our working relationship and for up to six years afterwards, to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.
Client information is treated as confidential. Access is limited to the people who need it to deliver the service, accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available, and virtual assistants placed through us work under confidentiality agreements.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for a copy in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email ella@virtuella.info. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
